All plans include a free listing. Paid plans billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time from your dashboard — no cancellation fees. Online orders paid by card carry a 4% platform fee on the order total; that is the only per-order charge.
Your features stay active for 7 days after a failed payment (grace period). We'll email you right away with a link to update your card. After 7 days your listing reverts to the free plan — your data and settings are preserved. As soon as you update payment, everything is instantly restored.
We support any Star Micronics printer with CloudPRNT. The recommended models are the TSP143IV (~$200) and TSP654II (~$350). The printer connects to your Wi-Fi and polls our server — no PC required, orders just appear. See our full printer setup guide for step-by-step instructions.

Yes, any time from your dashboard under the Billing tab. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose days you've already paid for.

When a PlateWalk user visits your restaurant, they check in through the app and earn 10 PlatePoints. Those points can be redeemed for rewards at your restaurant — which you set up in your dashboard. It drives repeat visits without any manual loyalty program management on your end.
